Due to the intimate nature of our toys, we cannot accept returns on any items from our store after they have been shipped. Because of this, all of our toys are closely inspected for damage or defects before being listed for sale, and again before being shipped to you.
If you change your mind on any premade toy before it has shipped, please email us at marbledmonsters@gmail.com and we will fully refund your purchase, minus any transaction fees we have been charged by our payment processors.
For custom toys, we will issue a full refund minus any transaction fees for any refund requests received before we start making the toy. If the toy has already been made but has not been shipped yet, we will issue an 80% refund minus transaction fees.
We take pride in creating high-quality toys which will last for years with proper care. Nevertheless, sometimes mistakes happen. If a toy breaks at any point within 3 years of purchase, please reach out to us and we will do our best to make it right. If it is our fault, we will ship you a replacement absolutely free of charge. Even if it’s not, though, please let us know – we know the trials a sex toy can go through when you’re in the mood, and we don’t want you to be without your trusty companion for any longer than necessary, so we will offer an at-cost replacement for your toy.
